This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

ELIGIBILITY - All residents of Port Chester, Rye Brook, Greenwich and surrounding communities are eligible to play in all divisions – Major (ages 11&12), Minor (ages 9&10), Rookie (ages 6-8) and T-Ball (ages 4&5)

 

BASEBALL AGE FOR 2026 - Your child’s age for the 2026 season will be determined based on how old they are on 5/01/26. When completing registration please be sure to indicate how old your child will be as of 5/01/26.

 

INHOUSE SEASON - League games will begin on Saturday, April 11th and continue through mid-June.

First time/new players in the Minor League (Age 9/10) and Major League (Age 11/12) must attend a player evaluation session. In addition, any player that has participated in our summer travel programs that does not meet the age requirements for Minors is eligible to be evaluated for a potential move up to Minors. 8-year-olds and 10-year-olds who would like to try out to move up early to the next division must also attend a player evaluation session. Except for those players who MUST move up due to age, the ability for players to move up early to the next division is based on the availability of open slots and is solely at the discretion of PCYBL.

Evaluations are scheduled as follows:

 Date:             Saturday, February 7th

Location:      JFK Elementary School, Port Chester, NY

Time:        2:00pm

Age:               8-year-olds being evaluated to move up early to the MINOR league must attend; and

       All 9- and 10-year-old players NEW to MINOR league must also attend.

 

Time:             3:00pm

Age:               10-year-olds being evaluated to move up early to the MAJOR league must attend; and

                        All 11- and 12-year-old players NEW to MAJOR league must also attend.

PLEASE NOTE - Once teams are established and rosters/team assignments are announced, PCYBL will NOT honor any requests for changes. PCYBL does NOT accept requests for placement of players onto specific teams (for example, please place Player A on same team as Player B) for the Major and Minor divisions. We will accept such requests at the time of registration for Rookie and T-Ball, and we will do our best to accommodate those requests, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor every request that we receive. If siblings are playing in the same division, they will be placed together on the same team. Players returning to the same division as the prior in-house season will return to the same team as the previous season (unless PCYBL needs to shuffle all players due to unforeseen circumstances). Also note that rosters in the Major and Minor divisions are carefully balanced in terms of not only number of players, but also other factors such as skill level, number of players at key positions, etc. in an effort to achieve balance and equity among all teams. 

All returning and new head and assistant coaches MUST complete the Coaches Registration that is located on our website.
